It seems like Stray Kids, the eight-member boy group, is working on songs non-stop and rightfully so. After all, the success of Stray Kids’ single album ‘Christmas EveL’ which was released as a thank-you gift to fans, proves the power of the group. On December 20, JYP Entertainment announced that the group was going to release their 2021 compilation album ‘SKZ2021’ as a special gift to Stays (Stray Kids fandom) who have been supporting the group and enjoying all the content released by the members of the group, be it solo or group.

Stray Kids released a similar compilation album, ‘SKZ2020’, back in March, 2020. The album featured a range of singles that have been part of the albums Stray Kids released in their overall career since their debut in 2017. The 2020 compilation album from Stray Kids had 27 tracks, some new and most old. The album was the group’s first compilation album which also marked the band's Japanese debut.
