On November 22, 2023, 'The Kardashians' star took to her Instagram page to announce Skims and Skkn sale.
She captioned the post, "Shop our SKIMS & SKKN sale NOW! This @SKIMS only happens twice a year. Now’s your chance to snag our most-wanted shapewear, intimates, clothing, and more at special prices."
The reality TV star further added, "Shop for a limited time only. @SKKN 25% off starts now. Shop the Black Friday Sale and receive a free Home Accessory gift when you spend $175+. Use code CYBER25 at checkout."
Soon after, the netizens started sharing their opinions on the new Skims sale.
One social media user wrote, "The girlies who always shop skims know this sale is not is lmfao."
Another user chimed in, "Skims sale is a joke."

Kim Kardashian’s Skims collaboration with Swarovski receives backlash
Earlier this month, Kim's shapewear and clothing brand Skims collaborated with Swarovski jewelry.
"SWAROVSKI X SKIMS 💎💎💎 a first-of-its-kind collaboration that fuses @Swarovski’s iconic glamour with @SKIMS innovative silhouettes, resulting in a unique crystallized collection. Launching on November 7th at 9 am ET on SKIMS.COM and in select Swarovski stores," she wrote in the caption of the Instagram post.
However, the fans didn't quite like the collaboration of the two brands.
A Reddit user remarked, "What are those supposed to be? They look like plastic."
Another one added, "They look like my Temu Christmas ornaments."

Skims is Kim Kardashian's true passion
While having a chat with Glamour, the mom of four talked about her company Skims and explained the process behind creating her line.
At the time, Kim said, "I feel like I’ve been designing shapewear for 15 years. Every time I’d travel I’d bring sets of shapewear with scissors and a needle and a thread.”
