'Sister Wives' Season 18 Tell All: Fans bash Kody Brown as he claims he was 'faking' relationships
FLAGSTAFF, ARIZONA: 'Sister Wives' Season 18 Tell All Part 2 recently exposed Kody Brown's true feelings towards his wives Christine, Meri and Janelle Brown. In the latest episode of the TLC show, Kody admitted to 'faking' relationships with his wives.
He claimed, "I was faking it the whole time!" However, viewers called out Kody over his statement, with some refusing to believe him, and others slamming him for lying.
A Reddit user said, "The way this man claims he was never in love with those 3 women is how a 6th grade boy acts after he breaks up with his first girlfriend." "It’s very sad he says he doesn’t love the mothers of his children and NEVER DID. wtf," added another person.
Another critic penned, "Do you think anybody else knew Kody was faking? Because I don’t think these women were faking…. What makes him think that habitual lying is ok?"
Another X user said, "Kody really thinks an offer to “put more effort into faking” a relationship is tempting to anyone… like who would hear that offer, fall to their knees and say 'Yes, please pretend to love me, balding ramen noodle haired man!'"
Another viewer noted, "@realkodybrown you’re such a puke!! You married women you now claim you were never in love with and had all these kids that you subjected to your games… and now YOU want to act like a victim?? Nope."

Kody Brown's ex-wives claim they had to 'earn' his love
'Sister Wives' star Kody Brown's ex-wives, Christine, Janelle and Meri Brown, reflected on their marriage. Janelle claimed, "For him, it became about, 'I needed to co-parent. I needed to be less independent.'"
She added, "I needed to do all these things in order to earn that relationship. And I’m like, 'No, I don’t need to earn a relationship.'" Meanwhile, Christine recalled a similar experience with Kody before their 2021 split.
She said, "I always felt like I needed to do something to earn love or earn acceptance, or I had to do something a certain way and I didn’t even realize how much stress I was under."
Moreover, Meri also noted that her ex was particular about many things. She noted, "He would ask me to do things and ask me to be a certain way or ask me to fix the situation or ask me to share some information with him or whatever, all these things to be able to fix our relationship."
She explained, "And I did every one of the things that he asked me to. And then it just wasn’t good enough. You’re asking if loyalty was enough? And it wasn’t for him."
Kody Brown admits he's 'frustrated' with Robyn Brown trying to reconcile with Meri
Robyn Brown wanted to continue the polygamous marriage and she tried her best to keep everyone united. When Meri wanted to leave the marriage, Robyn insisted her not to leave Kody Brown.
Robyn Brown tried to persuade Kody to patch things up with Meri, but Kody has openly expressed that he does not want to do that. Kody said, "Robyn wants Meri and I to reconcile, and I’ve been frustrated by that pressure."
Kody further admitted that he felt the 'emotions of friendship' with Meri, but he doesn’t have romantic feelings for her. He added, "I will always love her. I can’t be in love with her. It’s not safe for me."
'Sister Wives' Season 18 'Tell-All' premieres on Sundays at 10 pm ET on TLC.
