‘Sistas’ Season 2 Episode 5: Will Andi get Sabrina into trouble over that cash? Fans call her 'sh*tty friend'

Fans couldn't believe that one, Andi would allow Sabrina to be in this mess again, and two, Sabrina was willing to help Andi again

Spoilers for 'Sistas' Season 2

In this episode of Tyler Perry's 'Sistas' titled 'Up in Flames', we see the aftermath of Andrea "Andi" Barnes (KJ Smith) and Sabrina Hollins (Novi Brown) going to their jobs to make things right again. Andi was able to trap Bellamy in a recording where he bribes her with a million dollars to walk away from the corruption that she knows went down in their office.

On the other hand, even Sabrina gets a pass from Miss India (Toynal Davis) who tells Sabrina to sign a document that she was suspended for three days. In reality, that was just to fool cooperate and Miss India allowed Sabrina to get back to work immediately. 

Now, if you remember in the last episode we saw Andi receive a bag of cash from Gary Marshall Borders (Chido Nwokocha) because Andi had lost everything in the FBI investigation. The bag was delivered to Fatima (Crystal Hayslett) who then gave it to Andi. After Andi trapped Bellamy, she was good with the board who believed her when she said that Bellamy was corrupted.

After this, Andi decides to make a stop at Sabrina's bank and deposit that money. We all know that while Andi is going places to prove her innocence, she is still in a bit of hot water with the FBI — not to mention her man Gary is still in jail. Andi needed a safety deposit box for the cash that Gary gave her, and of course, Sabrina gave in. Fans couldn't believe that one, Andi would allow Sabrina to be in this mess again, and two, Sabrina was willing to help Andi again.

"Andi need to stop flaunting that money. Plus why did she decide to go back to the same bank? She is definitely trying to get Sabrina in some real hot ass water! #SistasOnBET," wrote one fan. Another added, "Andi is a shitty friend. Willing to risk your friend’s job AGAIN over a man. Sabrina should’ve told her to go out that mess under a mattress. #SistasOnBET."

Fans have been calling out Andi since the season premiere since it was because of her that she got Sabrina in trouble. Not to mention, it was her own fault for trusting Gary and ending up in the mess that she did. What fans couldn't get is why would Sabrina allow this again? "andi is really dumb  i wouldn’t put all that in the bank bro.. and sabrina still gone do it wtf y’all ain’t learn sh*t huh? #SistasOnBET," wrote another fan.

Another added, "Sabrina you almost lost your job helping Andi... and now you’re going to help her again!?! guess you didnt learn #SistasOnBET "

Sabrina just got her job back and neither of them is cleared with the FBI yet. So, like the fans, we don't know what either of them was thinking putting all that cash into the same bank that got Sabrina in trouble in the first place. "So wayment, Sabrina!!! You didn't think to pass on Andi and her mess?? You ain't even been at work an hour yet girl!!! #SistasOnBET," wrote another fan. Another added, "My reaction if I was Sabrina after she saw what was in Andi's bag #SistasOnBET "

There is no saying what the FBI is doing, as that part of the series is yet to unfold with Gary at the centre. So, there is a high chance that, that bag of money will come to bite both Sabrina and Andi in the future. Gary is a criminal, to some extent, and Andi not only accepted the money from him, but also deposited it — so now, there's a record.
