'Singled Out': Keke Palmer is perfect co-host for the dating reality show, fans call her a 'natural'
Quibi couldn't find a better co-host for 'Singled Out' than Keke Palmer and fans claiming she's a natural at it. 'Singled Out', the reboot of MTV's series of the same name, premiered when Quibi streaming platform was launched on April 6. Though each episode lasts only around eight minutes, it already seems to have caught the attention of fans.
There's a lot of things fans love about the new bite-sized series. The first thing fans love about the show is its LGBTQ representation. The series hooks up singles of every gender and sexual preference. And in the first two episodes, we already witnessed a bisexual woman named Tracy, who was looking for a boo to date and in the second episode, Ian, who was looking for his dream guy.
Taking to Twitter, a fan wrote, "#SingledOut: Kind of frantic. Better once I got in the rhythm of it by the 2nd/3rd ep. Love that they led with the queer representation — first contestant is bi and the second is gay! Reminded me of watching NEXT marathons in high school hoping for a gay ep."
Fans also cannot get over the fact that they are hooked to a dating series that lasts barely 10 minutes or less. But the best part is that it eliminates the dramatic element that they are fed up of seeing in every other reality TV dating show. "Best part of Singled Out on @Quibi is Keke Palmer. It sorta works cause these sort of dating shows get boring after 10 min, so short length helps," a fan shared.
But the standout amongst them all is co-host Keke Palmer herself. Keke co-hosts the series alongside Joel Kim Booster who does his best in keeping the audience entertained with his comedic roasting of the contestants. But through it all keeping the series in its high spirits is Keke herself and fans on Twitter claim she is a natural. Apart from that they also added that she and Joel are charisma bombs.
