'Singled Out' returns with Episode 4 on Quibi, and the main dater is a daredevil who knows what he's looking for. But will he find her?

In a time when everyone is stuck indoors, keeping themselves safe from the current coronavirus pandemic, Quibi sure knows how to keep its viewers entertained. Quibi, America's first bite-sized mobile streaming app, was recently launched with a slew of new series that all consist of 6-10 minutes per episode.

While the series released close to three episodes for most shows, and maybe more for a few others, the streaming service continues to release all-new quick bite-sized episodes every single day of the week, just so you have something fresh and new to watch every day.

One of the series that Quibi released is 'Singled Out': A reboot of a show that aired on MTV from 1995 to 1998. Though the OG series consisted of one main dater and a pool of 50 contestants vying for a date, the reboot series consists of only 30 contestants.

With a new twist, 'Singled Out' sets up one main dater in each episode with their followers on social media. Some in that pool of contestants vying for a date might have met the main dater earlier, and developed a connection, while for some this was their first move. The series is hosted by Keke Palmer and Joel Kim Booster, who do justice to the series keeping its energy high at all times.

The first few episodes that the series released focused on LGTBQ representation, as we witnessed a bisexual woman named Tracy who was ready to date and Ian, who is looking for his dream guy.

Returning for its fourth episode, this time our main dater was Dane, a Brooklyn boy, looking for a girl to snuggle up with. Dane is a school teacher, who might not look it but is a massive nerd. He loves his superheroes, comic books, and anime. Appearing on 'Singled Out', Dane revealed he is looking for his "Wonder Woman".

With 30 women vying for his heart, Dane did have a tough decision to make, especially since he couldn't get a glimpse of the girls. One among those 30 women revealed that she has been wanting to "put it on him" since Junior High. While the episode did seem a little scripted, it sure did keep us entertained. And none of us would've guessed the woman Dane picks as his wonder woman.

For his dealbreaker round, Dane revealed that he loves to share a place, and not someone who needs his space. While there were only a few contestants who left because they didn't agree with him, a whole bunch of them left when he revealed, he wants a girl who loves to play games, and not serious all the time.

In the end, only three women remained. This is the fishy part that seems scripted because, every episode, at the end of two dealbreaker questions, only three contestants remain. The rest 27 are eliminated because they don't agree with the answers the main dater chose.

But Dane somehow manages to find his wonder woman who smelled something brewing between them for a long time. Dane ended up picking his old co-worker Scarlet who he ghosted after dating her for three weeks.

She revealed things got cozy between the two, but then he ghosted her because he was still hung up on his ex. Well, looks like Dane is ready to move on now, and give their relationship another go.

Overall, with the episode just ranging around eight minutes, it did seem to capture everything that would leave the viewers entertained. You might also overlook the scripted feel and enjoy the episode as is.
