'Siesta Key': Is Garrett Miller over Kelsey Owens? He accidentally addresses her as ex-girlfriend Cara Geswelli
Kelsey Owens and Garrett Miller's relationship is wading choppy waters. Kelsey is convinced Garrett has been cheating on her with his ex, Carli Mauer, the same person she poured a drink on, on the day of Halloween. Since then, the tension had almost settled when an Instagram photo (posted by Carli, in which she is kissing Garrett on the cheeks) surfaced. Kelsey was taken aback and decided to confront Garrett, who tried defending himself but his efforts fell short after Kelsey and Juliette Porter asked him to leave the Christmas party.
In this week's episode of 'Siesta Key,' we'll see the couple revisiting the conversation, possibly an effort to save the relationship. But will it be enough? Garrett, while talking to Kelsey, accidentally addresses her as Cara. At this point, we cannot be sure if he means Cara Geswelli, his ex-girlfriend, but it was enough to push Kelsey farther away.
"Did you really just call me Cara?" Kelsey asked. Will this be the end of the Garrett-Kelsey saga? Kelsey and Garrett have been in an on-off relationship for a while now. The first time they split, it was on a bitter note. No one thought they would get back together. Kelsey kissed Alex while Garrett saw the whole thing. As an act of revenge, Garrett pulled Juliette closer at a party and kissed her for minutes with Kelsey sitting a few feet away. Thankfully, for them, they were able to get over that episode and start afresh.
But soon after they began dating, Kelsey's ex, Jake Peterson, kept popping up into the picture. Garrett did set the record straight, said he and Kelsey are in a relationship and implied that a third person is not welcome. Then, it seemed as though he was serious about Kelsey but now the picture is looking different. Here's hoping they are able to iron out their differences soon and get back to being the much-in-love couple that they were at one point in time.
