'Siesta Key': Cara to leave the show? Brandon asks Amanda if they can be exclusive
'Siesta Key' is all set to get explosive in the coming weeks with Cara Geswelli leaving Siesta Key. Although, it's unsure if she'll taking a break from the show or the place. Either way looks like it'll be long before she comes back.
Cara is hurt. She has no reason to stay back. At least for a little while. Her relationship with Garrett Miller has been put on the back burner, or there's a good chance it's over for good, especially how they rounded off their last conversation at Brandon Gomes's birthday party.
However, she tried moving on and thought that Alex Kompothecras (her ex-boyfriend) had been showing interest in her when he let her down by bringing up a sensitive topic during a casual chat they were having about their scattered relationships. Cara told Alex that she still loves Garrett because that was the only relationship, in which she didn't cheat. A very surprised Alex said she did have fun on the side while dating Garrett.
This information messed up everything for Cara and everyone who was privy to the conversation. Cara and Alex were on a boat with other people from their group when she flared up and demanded an explanation, the full truth about the information he had just shared with her. She even said what Alex told her amounts to "slander" and that's no good. The producers had to step in to calm Cara down and take her back to the shore on another boat.
Amanda Miller and Brandon's love story will take an interesting turn in the coming episode where BG asks Amanda if they could be exclusive and this was clearly an after-effect of what he had witnessed at their little boat party. Brandon and Amanda started off well but their steamy romance was dialed down by JJ (Amanda's ex of three years who was invited to the party) and his wakeboarding skills, perfectly-coiffed hair and so on.
Meanwhile, fans think Brandon and Amanda dating could be just for the storyline.
