'She-Ra and the Princesses of Power' a reboot of the 1985 series of the same name is an animated web television series that was developed by Noelle Stevenson. The reboot of 'She-Ra and the Princesses of Power' premiered on November 13, 2018, on Netflix. Season 2 of the series premiered just recently on April 2019, and within few months the series is all set to release the third season of 'She-Ra and the Princesses of Power'.

Plot
According to Netflix, "She-Ra and the Princesses of Power is the story of an orphan named Adora (Carrero), who leaves behind her former life in the evil Horde when she discovers a magic sword that transforms her into the mythical warrior princess She-Ra. Along the way, she finds a new family in the Rebellion as she unites a group of magical princesses in the ultimate fight against evil."
In season 3, Soldier Adora finds a magical sword and her identity as a legendary hero She-Ra. Adora then joins the Rebellion but her friends still stick around with the evil Horde.

Aimee Carrero (Elena of Avalor) stars as Adora/She-Ra; Karen Fukuhara (Suicide Squad) as Glimmer; AJ Michalka (The Goldbergs) as Catra, Marcus Scribner (black-ish) as Bow; Reshma Shetty (Royal Pains) as Angella; Lorraine Toussaint (Orange is the New Black) as Shadow Weaver; Keston John (The Good Place) as Hordak; Lauren Ash (Superstore) as Scorpia; Christine Woods (Hello Ladies) as Entrapta; Genesis Rodriguez (Time After Time) as Perfuma; Jordan Fisher (Grease Live!) as Seahawk; Vella Lovell (Crazy Ex-Girlfriend) as Mermista; Merit Leighton (Alexa & Katie) as Frosta; Sandra Oh (Killing Eve) as Castaspella; and Krystal Joy Brown (Motown: The Musical) as Netossa.
They also recently announced that there will be a new character introduced in season 3. Named Huntara! the press release describes her as, "the imposing de facto leader of the Crimson Waste who reluctantly helps Adora, Glimmer, and Bow on a quest."

Noelle Stevenson
Noelle Stevenson is a 27-year-old cartoonist and animation producer. Stevenson is widely known for the fantasy comic Nimona and the comics series Lumberjanes. She has also won an Eisner Award for both the series. Stevenson is also the creator, showrunner and executive producer of She-Ra and the Princesses of Power.
Trailer
The trailer that was recently released during the show's San Diego Comic-Con appearance, starts off with Adora wanting to know who she is, and finally, she figures out that she is a legendary hero after she finds the magic sword. Though she tries to convince her friends to join her to stop the war Horde is creating, they decide to stay back. The trailer also features She-Ra and the other princesses battling at the war.
