In the conversation, the RHOM star inquired with Nicole Martin about the authenticity of Guerdy's cancer diagnosis, sparking outrage among fans who perceived it as an attempt to "test" the seriousness of Guerdy's illness.

Many criticized Larsa for discussing someone's health so casually, deeming her comments insensitive.

Fans of the show took to Twitter to share their unhappiness with the reality star, calling her a "rotten human" for her remark. 

"Is Larsa really about to question Guerdy's cancer status? Is there no low for her? Pure trash box," wrote a user on Twitter. 

"Larsa is an uncultured swine for telling these women Guerdy's secret," said a fan.

Another user stated, "After Larsa’s stupid ass went & told the city of Miami about Guerdy’s cancer & questioned the validity of it she now has the nerve to ask Guerdy why she’s 'angry?!'"

One more user said, "Hol (sic) on..so on top of Larsa going around & telling everyone about Guerdy’s cancer (when she was asked not to) she also went around asking if Guerdy was telling the truth?! She is so evil! I-"
