'Shadowhunters' 3B preview: Will Jace Herondale ever get the happily-ever-after he so deserves?
Played by Dominic Sherwood, we see Jace's arc pretty much following the same route that the character does in Cassandra Clare's The Mortal Instruments novels, which the show is based on.
As we edge closer to the premiere of Freeform's fantasy 'Shadowhunters' season 3B, anticipation builds up surrounding the fate of both the show and the characters in it. On the one hand, we have the show's humongous fandom worldwide fighting to save the show after it was canceled abruptly the last year, which means this upcoming installment will be the final one. On the other, we have our lead character from the show, Clary Fray's (Katherine McNamara) future uncertain as last we saw of her, she was disintegrated to nothingness owing to an explosion. In all of this, however, there's also another person whose future is at stake, and that happens to be our leading hero, aka the best shadowhunter of his time, Jace Herondale.
