Calling all 'Selling Sunset' fans -- gear up for a whole new series, seeing that 'Selling The OC' is finally here. As per the synopsis of the series -- " A fresh set of realtors square off, competing to establish themselves at The Oppenheim Group's second office on the Orange County coast. Will the pressure prove too much for these agents to handle?"

And while we will certainly miss Christine Quinn and all her antics that kept fans so thoroughly entertained, it's now time to meet the cast of the spinoff. All set to sell some swanky homes is licensed realtor and former pro surfer Tyler Stanaland. Here's what you need to know about him!

Who is Tyler Stanaland?

Tyler Stanaland is a licensed realtor who has been working with The Oppenheim Group for over 10 months. Prior to this, he was a licensed realtor with Villa Real Estate and with Hilton & Hyland. He also worked as a real estate agent for HÔM Sotheby's International Realty. Stanaland studied at the Vanguard University of Southern California and also attended Orange Coast College. As per his bio on The Oppenheim Group website, Stanaland is a 'fifth-generation realtor and fourth-generation Laguna Beach native' and break up working for his 'family brokerage'. He got his sales license at age 18 and even pursued a professional surf career before diving into real estate.

The bio also mentions that Stanaland "cut his teeth alongside his father and has since carved a niche of his own as a rising leader in the luxury market. Tyler has been able to set himself apart with unmatched experience and understanding of the coastal communities, all while growing his business and proudly carrying on the family legacy. When Tyler isn’t hunting down the next big deal, you can still find him out in the surf or on the beach enjoying the Southern California beach lifestyle to the fullest."



 

Is Tyler Stanaland in a relationship?

Stanaland is married to 'Pitch Perfect' actress Brittany Snow, who he began dating in 2018. The pair tied the knot in 2020. But before you get too excited, Snow will not be making an appearance in the series, as Stanaland confirmed while talking to ET. "You will not see her on the show," he explained. "But she's supportive. I have what makes the most sense in my career, and she has what makes the most sense in her career, and kind of whatever is best, we do, and we support, and I think that's what makes our relationship successful." he added.



 

His net worth

Walikali reports that Stanaland's net worth is $400,000. While there is not much information regarding Stanaland's home or assests, Simply Hired notes that realtors in Orange County, California can make up to $98,580 on average, with the higher end of the scale being $189,651. Stanaland is sure to fall in the high end of the pay scale, seeing that The Oppenheim Group deals with high-end listings.
