Packed with more action and interpersonal relationships, episode three of 'SEAL Team' puts the focus on Bravo Team's internal conflicts as they head out for another dangerous mission in Azerbaijan.

Titled 'Adapt & Overcome,' it also sheds light on a new point in the Bravo Team when Ray Perry (Neil Brown Jr.) was offered the role of the Warrant Officer.

Towards the end of the episode, when he breaks the news to his wife, she asks him about how Jason would take the news, "You'll be an officer. Won't you outrank him?"

Ray tells her, "Jason will be fine." It definitely counts as a turning point in the series. "Master Chief vs Warrant Officer. Ray’s got decisions to make," one tweet read.

Another one said, "I'm a bit confused as to what Ray is doing, what would it mean for Bravo if he was an officer but also Bravo 2? Would he outrank Jason? #SEALTeam."

Many were even left wondering what actually a Warrant Officer is. "Just wondering: What’s a warrant officer? #SEALTeam. I’m sure #Ray would be excellent, whatever it is!!@NeilBrownJr," one viewer posted.

Another viewer clarified, "Basically a highly-skilled specialist who takes on additional responsibilities in their current field without having to transfer out to continue advancing their careers."

But, will Jason really be fine with the new development? Will Ray's decision to become an officer affect his friendship with Jason? Fans on Twitter seem to be divided.

One user wrote, "I'd like to think Jason would be OK with it, on the other hand, Jason is having a tough time dealing with any kind of change at the moment so this could go either way."

Another user posted, "I think as long as they are honest with each other about how they feel about Ray's decision, they'll be fine. They care for and respect each other too much to throw it all away. Can't wait for some great scenes between @David_Boreanaz & @NeilBrownJr! @SEALTeamCBS #SEALTeam."

As the fourth episode titled 'The Strength of the Wolf' airs on Wednesday, October 23, 2019, on CBS and it might show whether Ray's decision really hampers their bond or only strengthens it more.
