Who is Elliott with 2 Ts? Meet RuPaul's Drag Race's Vegas showgirl who's a teacher from Alyssa Edwards's studio
It should be noted that Elliott With 2 Ts doesn't seem to be the typical Las Vegas showgirl that the Drag Race fans are used to seeing on the show
Elliott Puckett, known as Elliott with 2 Ts on the show, is a drag queen and dancer based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and is a contestant on Season 13 of 'RuPaul's Drag Race'.
"Elliott with 2 Ts" is a reference to her name being written with double Ts, in contrast to the usual "Elliot" and she is a professional ballet dancer.
It should be noted that Elliott With 2 Ts doesn't seem to be the typical Las Vegas showgirl that the Drag Race fans are used to seeing on the show. She is glamorous and polished, but she seems to be much more laidback than her predecessor Vegas contestants such as Alexis Mateo, Coco Montrese and LaLa Ri. It was clear from the moment that fans heard Elliott say she's going on the show to be competitive and will try to snatch the crown. "You can buy Instagram followers," she joked during her Meet The Queens video.
Elliott With 2 Ts is a Las Vegas queen, and you can bet that she's going to pull out every trick to win 'RuPaul's Drag Race' Season 13. Previously we have seen Vegas girls have landed in the top four and have been extremely hard to beat. Elliott described herself as "a rich housewife meets Jennifer Lopez".
But interestingly enough, Elliott isn't actually a huge fan of the whole process (makeup, hair, getting dressed) that it takes her to get into drag. Instead, she likes the performance elements of her craft, such as dancing, lip syncing and being in front of a crowd. One fun fact about Elliott is that she was a teacher at Alyssa Edwards' dance studio, so she's very familiar with House of Edwards queens such as Laganja Estranja.
Like most contestants, it took a few auditions for Elliott to actually get cast on the show. In any case, she seems to be keeping to herself and will probably be the one who doesn’t indulge in confrontations much.
Drag legendaries Raven and Raja reviewed the queen’s cast reveal look and had only good things to say about her. They said her make-up was polished and she was heavily inspired from the '80s fashion because she wore a lot of ruffles, ribbons and pastel.
