'RHONY' Preview: Housewives try helping Dorinda with her anger issues, but will she listen to them?
'Real Housewives of New York' star Dorinda Medley is usually a calm and collected lady. But when she's had one too many drinks, the blue-eyed housewife can turn a tad bit vicious. In earlier episodes, we saw the housewife attack LuAnn de Lesseps when she relayed what Ramona Singer told her about Dorinda. Dorinda got very vicious and humiliated LuAnn by calling her a drunk with a mugshot.
Besides humiliating LuAnn, Dorinda has also bullied Tinsley Mortimer in the earlier episodes from the ongoing Season 12. Dorinda constantly kept making snide remarks about Tinsley and her personal life. Her comments made all the housewives uncomfortable, but nobody dared question Dorinda because they didn't want to be the subject to her wrath.
After noticing Dorinda's behavior closely, OG housewife Ramona Singer comes to the conclusion that Dorinda has anger issues. So, she decides to rally around all the housewives and urge Dorinda to get help for it. In a sneak peek clip released by the Bravo network, we see Ramona telling LuAnn that they are all subject to Dorinda's terrible behavior every day.
We later see Ramona pointing out the same to her fellow housewife, but Dorinda refuses to acknowledge that there's anything wrong with her behavior. She simply denies having any sort of problem with her temper or alcohol intake. This leaves Ramona feeling very frustrated. We can't wait to see how this drama pans out between the ladies.
Aside from confronting Dorinda, the ladies also go rappelling while they are vacationing in Mexico. We see LuAnn boldly hanging on to a rope as she descends into a pit, while the other housewives watch her. Dorinda candidly reveals in her green room interview that she's quite athletic before proceeding to rappeling. While the other housewives seem excited at the idea of taking part in the adventure sport, Leah McSweeney surprisingly looks uneasy at the idea of taking part in it. Leah declares that she isn't interested in adventure sports and would rather stay away from them. We will just have to watch the episode to see whether Leah embraces the team spirit and goes rappelling with her fellow housewives or chooses to stay out.
