'Real Housewives of New York City': Amused fans ask Dorinda if she's wearing 'Roseanne's' couch for pants

Dorinda is known for her relaxed style of dressing and while on a vacation in Mexico, the blue-eyed housewife packed some of her finest loungewear options

The New York housewives are known for their glitz and glamour. They had a season with fashion label Jovani, and housewife LuAnn de Lesseps even has a track called 'Feelin' Jovani'. But even these fashionistas have their faux pas moments occasionally. For instance, Dorinda Medley's shimmery pants were a hot topic amongst the fans of the show.

Dorinda is known for her relaxed style of dressing. So, while on a vacation in Mexico, the blue-eyed housewife packed some of her finest loungewear options. One of them included a pants with statement design printed on them with shimmers on it. The straight-fit pants had a colorful square pattern printed all over them. While Dorinda's fellow housewives loved her jazzy pants, fans had interesting reactions to it.

Several hawk-eyed fans pointed out how Dorinda's pants reminded them of the couch on the hit sitcom 'Roseanne'. The couch featured on the show also has a similar square pattern but sans any shimmer. Fans started poking fun of Dorinda after observing the similarities between the pattern of the couch and her pants. A fan tweeted, "Dorinda’s pants are literally made from the same material from Roseanne’s couch. It’s a choice #RHONY."

Another fan wrote, "Dorinda, we’re gonna need you to return Roseanne’s afghan now #RHONY."

"Dorinda wants me to take her seriously while she is wearing Roseanne’s couch and I just can’t. #RHONY," revealed a fan.

"Dorinda robbed the set of Roseanne for those pants #RHONY," joked a fan.

Alongside her statement pants, Dorinda was at the center of all the drama on the recently aired episode of 'RHONY'. The housewife was beyond annoyed with Ramona Singer and was lashing out at her. Ramona sent a group text to the housewives with a link to an article about anger issues, suggesting that Dorinda has anger problems. This didn't sit well with Dorinda, who felt that Ramona should have expressed her concerns in private instead of sending a group message.
