‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ Season 10 episode 3 preview: Joe Giudice talks of deportation and Melissa celebrates her birthday

The upcoming episode of 'RHOD' features Joe Giudice making some shocking decisions while Melissa celebrates her 40th birthday.

The Giudice family will continue dealing with Joe’s detention in ICE facility on episode 3 of ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’. The previous episode saw Joe being shifted to the ICE facility upon his release from the prison.  As Joe doesn’t possess American citizenship and he hasn’t applied for one, he was sent straight to the ICE facility upon his release from prison.

In the sneak peek clip for the upcoming episode, we hear him tell his wife Teresa that he was going to be deported. When Joe was released, he had two options before him. One, go back to his country Italy, but if he chooses that he can never step foot in the USA again, the other option being to appeal and fight for it. The couple’s oldest daughter, Gia clearly tells her father that if he leaves the country then that means he has given up on his family. So Joe chooses to go to the ICE center and wait for his hearing which might take another six months. But guess he has had enough of his detention at ICE, as he can be heard saying that he is going to be deported.

While the Giudice family continues suffering, the Gorgas are busy celebrating. Teresa’s sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga was seen planning for her big 40th birthday party in the previous episode. In the upcoming episode, we see the beautiful housewife throw a lavish party for her family and friends to celebrate the end of her 30s. We are hoping to see a bit of a scuffle between Jackie and Teresa. In an earlier episode, we saw Melissa requesting Jackie not to start fights at her party. Jackie reluctantly agreed to her friend’s request, but added that she would definitely retaliate if Teresa starts a fight. So, we can’t wait for the upcoming episode to see how the party ends.
