With her quick wit and shady commentary, 'Real Housewives of Dubai' star Lesa Milan is quickly turning out to be a fan favorite housewife. The Jamaican beauty queen decided to have a fashion show to launch not only her new range of maternity clothing but also reveal a new line of non-maternity wear from her brand, Mina Roe. Lesa excitedly invited all her fellow housewives to the fashion show. Aside from Caroline Stanbury, all the other ladies accepted the invite and showed up to her event.

A day prior to the fashion show, Stanbury sent Lesa a text message informing her that she wouldn't be able to make it to the fashion show as she was busy with her wedding preparations. Lesa was taken aback by Stanbury's text, not only because it was sent at the last minute but also because of the way Stanbury worded it. She started off her message by saying that Lesa wasn't expecting her to actually attend the show. An annoyed Lesa then took a potshot at Stanbury by accusing her of buying Instagram followers and bots.

Fans were amused with Lesa's suggestion that Stanbury bought her 586,000 Instagram followers. A fan tweeted, "Paid and bought Instagram followers #RHODubai." This isn't the first time that Stanbury's Instagram was targeted by the Dubai housewives. In the pilot episode, Chanel Ayan alluded that Stanbury's marriage to Sergio Carrallo was a collaboration for their Instagram. In another instance on the recently aired episode of 'RHODubai' Caroline Brooks pointed out how Stanbury isn't such a big Instagram influencer to be getting as many freebies as she currently received! While Stanbury is yet to respond to the allegations of buying followers, one thing is for sure, her Instagram page and popularity are definitely a sore topic for the Dubai ladies.

'Real Housewives of Dubai' airs every Wednesday at 9/8c on Bravo.
