Kyle connected Morgan with Mission Plasticos, a non-profit organization offering free reconstructive surgical care to those without medical insurance.

On November 18, 2023, Morgan underwent the procedure, with primary surgeon Dr. Heather MacDonald and Dr. Kaen Leong handling the immediate implant placement, as reported by People.

Kyle's connection with Mission Plasticos stemmed from her personal experience, having lost her mother Kathleen to breast cancer in 2002.

Throughout Morgan's surgery, Kyle proved to be a pillar of emotional support.

She documented the journey by clicking a group picture with Morgan's mother, Robin, members of Mission Plasticos, and the documentary film crew she is overseeing on Morgan's mastectomy.

Heightening concerns, Morgan's cousin tested positive for the RAD51D gene mutation, an indicator of breast cancer.

Fearing for Morgan's health, her mother encouraged her to undergo testing, revealing a positive result. Subsequently, Morgan underwent a four-hour preventive surgery on November 18, 2023.
