BARCELONA, SPAIN: The tides are changing for Annemarie Wiley and Crystal Minkoff following a tumultuous recent episode in which the co-stars clashed. To top it off, 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' viewers were not pleased when Doctor Annemarie had to cater to co-star Crystal on their cast trip to Spain.

A medical issue triggered a shift between the feuding pair in Episode 14, 'Aches and Spains,' which aired on January 31. This is what Bravo executive Andy Cohen meant when he said fans witnessed a new side of Annemarie on the cast trip.

The Season 13 newcomer has been mercilessly slammed on social media after the show's first major dispute with her castmate Sutton Stracke. Viewers believed Annemarie targeted the Southern Belle in defense of Kyle Richards, who introduced her to the group.

Despite the increasing outrage, the OG has attempted to separate herself from Annemarie, revealing that they only met once before she suggested the nurse anesthetist for the show.

Meanwhile, Annemarie wasn't the only one she had her sights on; she also had two tense encounters with Crystal, one in the United States and the other when they arrived in Spain.

However, fans had a hunch that these two were going to become fast friends. It wouldn't be a cast trip without a medical emergency, so the cast immediately called an ambulance to assist Crystal.

During their meandering ride to their next destination, Crystal begins to feel overheated and sick, and when they step out of the van to get some fresh air, the 'RHOBH' cast finds the situation is more severe than they anticipated. "This is not just like a ‘lay down and drink some ginger ale and walk it off’ kind of situation," Annemarie explains in her confessional.

"But given Crystal repeatedly insulting and degrading my profession, the irony of what is happening right now is literally shocking."

In the episode, Annemarie tries to keep Crystal cool as they wait for the ambulance, telling her to lie down in the back seat. When the EMTs come, they discover that her blood pressure is dangerously high, and she has to be rushed to the hospital.

"The pressure is very, very high," the EMT explains.

On X, users wrote, "OMG why would Annemarie say that she doesn’t want Crystal to stroke out, in front of Crystal, WHILE Crystal is going through a medical crisis?!"

Another user chimed in, "Now Annemarie You comforting Crystal in this moment doesn't in any way negate or vindicate the bogus unsolicited medical opinions you repeatedly threw out. Reel it in... you didn't whip out a med kit and nurse Crystal back to health."

One user tweeted, "But you are NOT a doctor so that shouldn’t be hurtful to hear Annemarie! She isn’t taking any accountability for her part in the arguments with Crystal."

A fourth person wrote, "Only good thing I’ll say about Annemarie is she treated Crystal with compassion when she was sick. Bare minimum still. Just trying to be positive lmao."

One viewer pointed out, "Just because Annemarie was good to Crystal in a moment of need doesn’t negate the fact that she’s treated her horribly as well as been incessant over Sutton’s medical issue. She was a good person and did something any normal person should do."

Annemarie is the only cast member who volunteers to accompany the 40-year-old to the hospital, saying to Crystal, "I'm not gonna leave you by yourself."

The American Society of Anesthesiologists issued the harshest criticism, calling the new cast member a "fake" in a scathing statement. Annemarie replied to the growing scandal by claiming she had been "dragged through the mud" and that her "cast mate needed a storyline."

However, Annemarie will have to work extra hard to alter the minds of people who have already asked for her to be sacked.
