'RHOBH': Marcellus Wiley faces backlash for accusing Garcelle and Crystal of trying to 'politically police' Annemarie

Marcellus Wiley slammed for accusing Garcelle Beauvais and Crystal Kung Minkoff after Annemarie Wiley’s dismissal from 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills'

BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA: Marcellus Wiley, the husband of Annemarie Wiley, has criticized Garcelle Beauvais and Crystal Kung Minkoff from 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills'. In a lengthy post on X, the sportsman criticized his wife's co-stars for attempting to "politically police her." However, fans are skeptical, given his long history of accusations.

Marcellus turned to social media to rage against some of Annemarie's co-stars. However, he acknowledged that his wife was not suitable for the show.

"Crystal knows damn well my wife is not a Trump supporter. But, even if she was, who the hell are YOU to politically police her?" he wrote on X.

"Crystal also knows her virtue-signaling ass shouldn’t be saying the word "N*gg@" in videos (a word I don’t know [sic] even use), but she has! Worse, she doubles down on dumb by implying to my wife who she has to vote for since she’s black! #CrystalBiden," he added.

Marcellus, on his part, has already stirred controversy with statements about transgender athletes. His latest post has ignited a backlash from the internet, targeting the 'RHOBH' husband even for his attempts to defend his wife.

Under his post, angry fans commented, "Wasn't her politics. Nobody liked her. She was a horrible casting decision." Another user threw a jab at him writing, "My wife just told me you’d be a better fit on the Housewives."    

One fan pulled out allegations from his past to question, "You wanna get into women business?" One person argued, "It's PANDORA'S box. And I don't believe for one minute Crystal said that. Your wife lost a place on the show because she was condescending to someone with a medical issue and implied she had an eating disorder. She was awful."

On Instagram, fans also pointed out, "He loves insulting his wife to prove his points lol weird AF. Saying that she was basically terrible on the show is crazy for her own spouse to say publicly." Others reminded him saying, "No, sir........it was your wife and her esophagus obsession! 😂😂😂😂😂😂."

Some accused Annemarie of trying to shield Marcellus's past as they wrote, "I know Marcellus is not saying anything! Sir what went on over there at the university? Maybe if your wife had talked about that, maybe she would still be on the show, but you let her show up as an 8.5 self, so we get an esophagus storyline…let’s get into it, let’s talk about it!!!!" Others cautioned him, "Ummm don’t you have some charges against you?!? Stay out homeboy!!"

Marcellus began to rage, attacking Garcelle in the process. "[She] puts the CON in confused," he wrote. "[Garcelle] acts pro-black, but stays hating on black women in a desperate attempt to stay ‘Fancy’ on a show with No Blacks!" Garcelle played the role of Fancy on 'The Jamie Foxx Show," he added

Annemarie confirmed her resignation from the Bravo series in March 2024. After a tough season of clashing with Sutton Stracke and Crystal, the one-season Housewife was informed that she would not be returning for another lap around the track.

"I just got word... that I will not be returning to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. To say I am disappointed is an understatement," she posted on Instagram.

Marcellus couldn't be happier about his wife's dismissal. After all, she is a "solid eight" out of ten. ('RHOBH' fans, ain't that right?). "Let’s be real…my wife wasn’t good on Housewives," he continued online.

"Personally, I’m glad she’s off the show; she was a horrible fit. We all saw it, and it was obvious why. It’s impossible to truly know how FAKE you have to be to actually be a REAL Housewife."

Why was Annemarie Wiley fired from 'RHOBH'?

According to a Bravo source, "there is no truth" to recent accusations that Annemarie was sacked from 'RHOBH' after only one season due to her political views. The explanation comes after MailOnline said Annemarie clashed with cast members such as Crystal over her apparent support for former US President Donald Trump.

According to MailOnline, Garcelle criticized Annemarie's backing for "political conspiracy theorist" Candace Owens. Whether or not this occurred at the 'RHOBH' Season 13 reunion taping, it had no impact on casting choices.

'RHOBH' cast reacts to Annemarie Wiley's departure

While speculations swirl around 'RHOBH' casting, one thing is certain: Annemarie is gone. Sutton must have been ecstatic by the news, just like the fans.

Even before the news broke, Sutton knew she was done with Annemarie. In an interview following the Season 13 reunion, Sutton said she has not spoken to Annemarie since filming. When asked if she planned to speak to her again, Sutton said, "No." She now has more reason than ever not to speak to Annemarie.

During an appearance on SiriusXM's Jeff Lewis Live, Sutton discussed her views toward Annemarie. "I know you’re gonna give me a diplomatic answer," Jeff began, "but you must be so happy that Annemarie Wiley’s leaving. We never have to talk about your esophagus again."

Sutton reacted diplomatically, stating, "I’ll say my esophagus is very happy, and who? Who did that? Who said who? No. You know what, I gotta say I feel a little bad for her."

Jeff called her "full of sh*t" and urged her for a more honest response. "I only say truth, Jeff," she added. After some further prodding, Sutton confessed, "I really don't give a sh*t."

Nevertheless, Sutton felt some regret. She said, "I don't want to pick on her. She’s had people pick on her." Jeff reminded her that Annemarie had picked on her all season. "Yeah, 100%," she agreed.

Kyle Richards broke her silence regarding Annemarie's departure from 'RHOBH' after only one season. During a fan Q&A on Amazon Live on March 26, 2024, Kyle responded to inquiries about Annemarie's termination from the Bravo reality program.

"I always feel bad when somebody comes in and doesn’t have a great experience on the show," Kyle said to the audience.

"She didn’t get to show all aspects of her life in one season. So it’s hard. I feel bad. She’s great and she has a great family. It is what it is. She has a beautiful family. She will be fine."
