'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Kandi Burruss might be the richest housewife on the franchise, but that doesn't mean she is ready to cut her baby daddy any slack. Kandi single-handedly raised her daughter Riley Burruss after she got pregnant with her then-boyfriend Russell "Block" Spencer. Although Russell was the baby's father, he never supported the child financially. Kandi shelled out money from her own pocket to raise Riley into a smart and successful woman.

Now that Riley is older and is ready to start her college life, she needs the money. So, she decided to turn to her mother and ask her mother to get the child support money owed to her. Riley wants to use the child support money to fund her college life. So, on the latest episode of the hit reality show we saw the housewife reaching out to her lawyer, Michael Sterling, for help with getting back the $92,000 owed to her in child support.

When one of Kandi's assistants pointed that she might not get the money because she is already very rich, the housewife argued that no matter how much money she has, Riley's father still has to pay up for his daughter, especially when she herself wants it. In her confessional, Kandi explains how her baby daddy Russell was a millionaire at one time and is therefore obliged to help with raising their daughter. She also adds that it's on him if he managed to blow up all the money or not have the same financial standing, but that still doesn't let him off the hook from caring for his daughter.

Fans too agreed with Kandi and felt that Russell should pay up the child support money, irrespective of whether the housewife needs it or not. A fan tweeted, "I don’t care how many millions Kandi makes. Riley’s father owes her child support. He needs to pay that. NEXT CASE." Another said, "I think Kandi & Riley are well in their right to be requesting back child support. Especially if it was Riley who’s like look... I need that. #RHOA." One more fan said, "I agree with kandi 100%. she could be the richest person in the world and riley's father should still pay child support (especially considering that he has been successfull financially too). he's also responsible for THEIR child. #rhoa."

Another fan expressed, "#RHOA It is disgusting 2 say Kandi can't ask 4 child support from Block. That's his child too! He's never supported her financially or emotionally! He needs accountability. That's like telling the gov't., why do I have to pay taxes when you already have a lot of money! GTHOH!." One more said, "Why is Kandi wrong for demanding child support?! I don’t care if she has the money, it doesn’t matter. That man needs to do for his child! TF?! #RHOA." Another fan said, "It doesn’t matter Kandi’s financial status. Riley’s dad should pay the child support he owes. #RHOA."

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Kandi's baby daddy still seems to be pretty rich. His net worth is estimated to be at $10M, thanks to his career as a hip-hop executive and being the founder of Block Entertainment label. So, hopefully, he won't have any trouble paying up the money he owes to his baby mamma.
