BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA: 'The Real Housewives of Orange County' is returning with fans' favorite California girls. Tamra Judge is finally returning to the Bravo show after a two-year hiatus with 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' alum Taylor Armstrong.

Taylor will be joining the Season 17 cast as Tamra's friend. Notably, Taylor will also become the first wife in franchise history to swap cities, even if she's just traveling down the California coast. Ahead of the 'RHOC' Season 17 release, fans must be curious to know more about Taylor, especially her bank balance and assets. So, keep reading to know about the wealth this housewife has accumulated.

Taylor Armstrong's early life and education

Taylor has become a fan favorite with her appearance in 'RHOBH' since 2010. Taylor's love for drama has always created a buzz around the Internet and left fans wondering about her early life. The reality star was born Shana Lynette Hughes in Independence, Kansas, on June 10, 1971. She later moved with her family to Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she was a cheerleader at Union High School. Taylor graduated in 1989 and soon moved to California.

After spending some time in the state, she changed her name to Taylor Ford before starting her own e-commerce business. Interestingly, Taylor moved to Beverly Hills, where she met her first husband, Russell Armstrong, a venture capitalist, on a chance meeting while waiting to be seated at a restaurant. The couple tied the knot in October 2005 and welcomed their daughter, Kennedy Caroline Armstrong, in 2006. Unfortunately, their marriage didn't latest long, and they decided to get a divorce. Tragically, Russell died by suicide in 2011.

As of now, Taylor is married to John Bluher, who works as an attorney. The couple exchanged vows in 2014 in a beachfront ceremony.

Taylor Armstrong's net worth

Taylor is the only Bravo housewife to successfully swap to another franchise as yet, as she would soon be joining 'RHOC'. She has been working on television since 2010, so we can assume that she has been making a considerable amount of money through her Bravo paychecks. Additionally, Taylor currently has a Cameo profile, through which she charges $60 for each personalized video.

Notably, Taylor apparently receives a paycheck of about $175,000 per season on the Bravo show. The reality star also acquired a lot of her wealth from her late husband, Russell. After his death, Taylor was left with a $1.5 million lawsuit, according to court documents obtained by Jezebel. The outlet also claimed that Taylor tried to pay it off using fake Birkin bags. Taylor's net worth is currently around $2.5 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.

The 'RHOBH' alum has also written a book called 'Hiding from Reality' about her struggles with domestic violence and now dedicates her time as a spokesperson for the cause. So, we can expect that some of her wealth is from the royalties of her book.

'Real Housewives of Orange County' Season 17 premieres on Wednesday, June 7, at 8 pm ET on Bravo.
