Rachel Ray's stunning $4.69 million Hamptons mansion is on the market...take a look inside

Rachel Ray and her husband John Cusimano decided to put their recently renovated Hamptons mansion back on the market for $4.69 million. The house had been initially put on the market last year in August for $4.9 million.

It is reported that Rachel Ray is supposedly trading her Southampton vacation home and is planning to spend some more time at her custom-built residence which is located in the upstate New York community of Lake Luzerne instead.

As reported by New York Post, the listing broker Angela Boyer-Stump shared, "The house was completely renovated and feels like new construction, which is the trend now for busy buyers who want to just purchase, show up and start enjoying their new home."

The mansion boasts of 6 acres in the Tuckahoe hamlet of Southampton and is a traditional one-story home which has all the features and fixings of a modern new estate. Rachel Ray and her husband John Cusimano had originally purchased the home back in the year 2008 for $2.6 million.

The house also shares a border with the prestigious Southampton Golf Club.
The house was built in 1976 and features three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, two fireplaces, and an impressive chef’s kitchen. The chef's Kitchen has dual beverage-cooling drawers, an industrial stove, and a wine rack. The living and dining spaces have an open floor plan with several fireplaces.

The outside of the house is no less, and has a 1,400-square-foot outhouse with a swimming pool and an adjacent two-bedroom, two-bathroom guest house which also has another luxury kitchen whose primary purpose is to entertain and feed guests.
There is an option for the buyer to buy the house fully furnished which means that some lucky buyer has the chance to inherit some of Ray's furnishings.
