Internet debates between President Snow and Lord Voldemort

Fans of 'The Hunger Games' and 'Harry Potter' franchise flocked to X to share which fictional villain between President Snow and Lord Voldemort were "more beefed out" with their teenage archenemy.

Several internet users named Voldemort and mentioned how "He Who Must Not Be Named" began beefing with Harry when the latter was just a toddler.

"Voldemort. Man came back in any shape and form to kill Harry. He had beef with Harry since before Harry was born because of the prophesy," one said.

"Voldy beef started before Harry was even born like that is next level haterism," another mentioned.

"Please. Voldemort created 7 forbidden horcruxes. He literally split his soul into 7 places so he could raise himself from the dead to kill a teen who had been his opp since infancy," one noted.

"Voldemort aimed his wand and said an Unforgivable Curse at a crib," a fourth commented.

One said, "At least Snow waited until Katniss was actually a teenager to start beef. that dusty, busted, no nose having allegory was out here trying to kill INFANTS???"

While another stated, "Voldemort and it's not even close."

However, many also mentioned President Snow and said how he ruthlessly killed several teens only because of his beef with Katniss and how she partially reminded him of his ex Lucy Gray.

"President Snow because blew up all of District 12 and 13 then for 65 years sent over thousands of kids to arena then legalizing cutting out people tongues because they made better workers. That’s not including his beef with Katniss Spoiler (his did created the hunger games)," one noted.

"Everybody saying voldemort BUT snow went out of his way to kidnap peeta, brainwash him to hate katniss and then brag about it sending roses to katniss idk he wins the loser award #tome," another mentioned.

"Y'all do NOT understand Snow and that's why y'all think V was worse because there's NO way, lmao. V had 10 YEARS of being mad at Harry, waiting for him to go to Hogwarts and STILL couldnt off him. Snow met Katniss once, said "Bet" and spent 3 yrs murdering THOUSANDS to kill her," one said.

"Outside of Snow’s beef with Katniss his legacy was killing groups of kids annually so," a fourth pointed out.

One wrote, "Snow put through hell kids for 64 years bcs of a rebellion their ancestors took part in. and he didn't even un@live them directly himself or in the quick way. Made them turn against each other and forced the whole nation to watch and celebrate. He was holding GRUDGES."

While another added, "Snow. he was obsessed w Katniss & saw her as a formidable opponent."

Fans find mutual ground in President Snow vs Lord Voldemort battle

While some social media users said Voldemort had a bigger beef with a teenager and others claimed President Snow's beef with Katniss edged out Voldemort's rivalry with Harry, some fans decided to find mutual ground and declared both as "two sides of the same coin."

"I'd say voldemort cursed a LITERAL baby and kept following a child his whole life while snow has a huge beef with a teenager and tortured everyone who befriends her partly because she reminds him of his ex. two sides of the same coin if you ask me," one wrote.

"Now I would say Voldemort because he was beefing with Harry since he was like 18 months old. But Snow was willing to kill millions behind his beef with Katniss," another opined.

"Voldemort beefed with a whole fetus because of a rumor. But Snow did change the Quell just to get Katniss in the arena again… which ignited a whole war where he still singled her out as the cause," a third mentioned.

Irrespective of the internet's debate about which villain had a bigger beef with their respective teenage rival, both President Snow and Lord Voldemort remain two of the most popular fictional antagonists of all time.
