It has been a few weeks since 'Power' aired its mid-season finale, and it is safe to say that we are missing the Starz show dearly. While we wait to find out more about what happened to Ghost (Omari Hardwick), and if he is even alive, and who commissioned his death warrant and so on, there have been rumors about the final five episodes of the show getting leaked. While there have been no concrete records of this, and the show still promises to make a comeback, as scheduled, on the first Sunday of January, the show's creator Courtney Kemp is leaving no stones unturned to ensure that things remain exactly like that.

Kemp said she is resorting to the methods that the likes of Marvel Cinematic Universe and 'Star Wars' franchise take on to ensure no one gets any spoilers, in an interview with Deadline. After clarifying that the upcoming final five episodes of the sixth and final season of 'Power' will provide an answer to who the mystery shooter that shot Ghost was, she said the ending of the series has been shot a few numbers of times with variations.

“I will say we’ve filmed a lot of different things because things get leaked in the 'Power' world all the time, you know," she said, adding, “It turns out that very often content slips away from us, so we’ve got a lot of different endings and false endings, real endings and truthful endings, all in the can.”

Despite withholding all spoilers, Kemp promised that when the show ends no fan will be left wondering what happened and further clarified that she is committed to honoring the idea of a complete tale with the 'Power' series finale. She clarified, “So, there’s a beginning to this story, there’s a middle to this story, and then there’s an end, and what you’re seeing is me writing the end now.”

The final five episodes of 'Power' starting with Season 6 Episode 11 will air every Sunday starting January 5, 2020.
