'Power' Season 6 Episode 11: What does the new Starz trailer reveal about Ghost's death and the suspects?

For all we know, Ghost is in protective custody and has already revealed to Blanca who the shooter is - unless of course, he is hiding the information from her for whatever reason.

After waiting impatiently for many weeks, Starz has given 'Power' fans a little something to hold on to, until the show returns with the second half of the final season on January 5. A new trailer, which was released exclusively on the Starz app was set entirely in an interrogation room where Detective Blanca (Monique Gabriela Curnen) is questioning all seven key suspects in the supposed murder of Ghost (Omari Hardwick). 

Blanca's list of suspects more or less matches the fans' list of suspects and it includes Ghost's son Tariq (Michael Rainey Jr.), his dead ex-lover's sister Paz (Elizabeth Rodriguez), his ex-wife Tasha (Naturi Naughton), his work associate Dre (Rotimi Akinosho), his former boss Councilman Tate (Larenz Tate), federal prosecutor Saxe (Shane Johnson) who has long since wanted to take Ghost down, and his former best friend Tommy (Joseph Sikora). The trailer focuses on how each of these suspects responds to the various questions posed to them regarding the shooting at Truth, the impact of which propelled Ghost over the balcony and to his supposed death. 

While each of their body language and responses give us some insight into who among them is responsible for the shooting, it still doesn't answer the bigger - in our opinion - question, which is, is Ghost really dead? There is a high possibility that Blanca knows the answer to this, especially if she was the first to reach the crime scene. For all we know, Ghost is in protective custody and has already revealed to Blanca who the shooter is - unless of course, he is hiding the information from her for whatever reason. 

It is pretty interesting to note that Blanca is not even revealing the answer to Tariq's questions regarding whether his father is alive or not. There is no real reason for her hide it from the suspects, especially the ones that are related to Ghost unless she is using it as leverage. 

Well, the truth will eventually be revealed, when Season 6 Episode 11 of 'Power' premieres on Starz on Sunday, January 5.
