Can you ever imagine an album by a kid’s animation character beating the likes of one of the world’s top artists like Kanye West? Well, that’s exactly what happened when the British cartoon character Peppa Pig’s latest album ‘Peppa’s Adventures: The Album’ got a better review than Kanye West’s 10th studio effort ‘Donda’.

The review published by the renowned music website Pitchfork saw Kanye’s album getting a rating of 6 out of 10 whereas, the toon’s album scored 6.5. The review angered a lot of Kanye’s fans as they felt the comparisons between the two were not trustworthy. However, controlling the narrative, Peppa Pig’s official Twitter account sparked a meme-fest when they trolled the Grammy-winning rapper but soon deleted the post. However, like always the screenshots quickly went viral and broke the Internet.

Is Peppa Pig’s album better than Kanye West’s ‘Donda’?

The kid’s animated character Peppa is known as an innocent one for preschoolers but it did not shy away to take a nasty dig at Kanye West’s album scoring lower than hers. According to Page Six, while sharing the screenshot of the review of both the albums, the official Twitter account posted, “Peppa didn’t need to host listening parties in the Mercedez-Benz stadium to get that .5.” And, if this was not enough, emoticons of a dropped microphone and a pig snout were also added in the end. As mentioned earlier, the tweet was deleted later. Peppa pig also responded with an emoji of a crown when a fan shared a post saying, “Stan the queen.”

The roast comes after West going to extreme lengths to market his new album. Kanye West had organized a total of four events that included three mega listening parties for his latest album ‘Donda’. The 44-year-older rapper courted several controversies throughout the promotions. He got slammed for bringing in controversial figures like DaBaby and Marilyn Manson in Chicago. The hip-hop icon also made headlines for his online feud with collaborator-turned-foe Drake.

I'm so weak.” One elated individual asserted, “Peppa Pig trolling Kanye West is the content I live for.” While, one user concluded, “All this Donda talk today may have to vibe out. But remember — the official peppa pig Twitter was throwing shade at Kanye - and that is probably the biggest takeaway from today lol.”
