For those keeping up with the '90 Day Fiance' franchise, Pedro Jimeno and Chantel Everett are certainly familiar faces. The couple appeared back on the show during Season 4 and despite all the hardship they faced and issues with their respective families, the two eventually tied the knot. But it looks like their marital bliss only lasted so long, as the couple is now headed for a divorce.
The pair, who now star in their own show 'The Family Chantel' on TLC, has been dealing with issues with their marriage. While the past few seasons have seen the couple argue relentlessly, the current season has seen the situation go from bad to worse. The couple, who is currently separated, has now filed for divorce and the allegations against each other seem to be piling up.

As reported by TMZ, 'The Family Chantel' star Pedro Jimeno has filed for divorce from his wife Chantel Everett, after she allegedly stole money from their joint account without informing him. As per the documents obtained by TMZ, the couple filed for divorce back in May on the grounds that the marriage was "irretrievably broken". In addition, they had split a month prior. Jimeno then filed an emergency motion stating that Everett had taken $257K five days before they separated. Jimeno stated that he made attempts to retrieve the money, but Everett refused to comply, causing him to go to the judge to resolve the issue and have her transfer the money until it could be divided equally post the divorce. The money was taken from their joint business account and transferred to an account that belongs to Everett and her sister. Jimeno's requested an emergency hearing, however, this was denied as the court would set a hearing for a later date. Apart from the money, Jimeno is also looking for an equitable division of all marital property.
However, as reported by ET online, Everett has cited the season for divorce as adultery by Jimeno. The star has accused him of "cruel treatment" along with "physical domestic violence, as well as mental pain," while stating that "the marriage is irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation." There has been no comment from Everett or her attorney Jarett R Sliz yet.
