Maya Rudolph and Kristen Wiig took to the stage tonight at Oscars 2020 to present the awards for Production Design (won by 'Once Upon A Time...In Hollywood') and Costume Design (won by 'Little Women') and fans could not get enough of their camaraderie together.

They started by displaying their acting skills in a bid to prove that they don't just do comedy and that their acting range covers a plethora of emotions.

Their onstage shenanigans were more than just appreciated by their combined fanbase. "Maya Rudolph and Kristen Wiig, I am ready to be adopted. Can you please be my two cool yet endearingly embarrassing moms??" tweeted a fan.

Fans love that their year-old friendship is relatable and close to home. "Why am I never tired of Maya Rudolph and Kristen Wiig?? It’s like watching me and my coworker at the literal Oscars."

The 'Bridesmaids' stars have once again proven that women can be given the opportunity to host award shows because let's face it — comedy is pretty much their cup of tea.

"You know. When I see talent like Kristen Wiig and Maya Rudolph give a master class on presenting I keep saying LET THE WOMEN HOST #Oscars2020," tweeted a fan. "Maya Rudolph and Kristen Wigg once again proving they should be the hosts !!" tweeted another.

In fact, fans are already hoping for them to take over next year. "Maya Rudolph and Kirsten Wiig for Oscar hosts 2021!" tweeted one.

"Petition to have Kristen Wiig and Maya Rudolph host the 2021 Oscars," said one viewer. "Can we just all agree to have Maya Rudolph and Kristen Wiig host every award show from now on??#oscars2020" tweeted another.

Sidebar, in between their presentation, Billie Eilish served them a confused look and fans are having a field day of the look. "Billy Eilish has no clue who Maya Rudolph or Kristen Wiig are. Nor does she find them funny," tweeted a fan.

There were those upset with her reaction. "Who was Billie, only been relevant for a year maybe two, making this face about? It better not be about Maya Rudolph and Kristen Wiig. OUR ICONS. Ma'am, you’re a guest."
