Oscars 2020: Cynthia Erivo sizzle on stage with 'Stand Up' performance and fans rave about her musical talent

The actor swept the audience with her incredible choice of song and powerful voice

The musical moments of the Oscar night just keep getting better. After the spellbinding opening by Janelle Monae-Billy Porter duo, Idina Menzel sweeping us away with 'Frozen 2' song and then Eminem sizzling the stage with his hair-raising performance, it was time for one more stirring musical act. And that came from no other than Cynthia Erivo. 

And as this fan comments, "Well here's another musical moment: Cynthia Erivo STUNNING #Oscars"

The 'Harriet' actor owned the stage and crooned to 'Stand Up', a song from her movie. Not only was her singing powerful and stirring, but the stage and the entire ambiance was also no short of a spectacle. Twitterati have been going gaga about the actor's musical talent and overall stage presence.

 A fan commented, "Cynthia Erivo, one of my biggest wishes tonight is to see you become EGOT!  #oscars".

"#CynthiErivo a triple threat in Hollywood #Oscars2020," added another one. 

Another fan feels that this is the best she has experienced in all the years. Here's what she comments, "We have Not to be dramatic but this is the most beautiful song I've ever heard #oscars 'Stand Up' from Harriet by Cynthia Erivo."
