'NOS4A2' Season 2 Finale: Millie is on the prowl, say fans speculating on her moves for next season

It's so interesting that one character is able to be a potential for new plotlines in the coming (we hope) season

In this season, Millie Manx's character got a lot of screen time that left many a fan thrilled to bits. Since Charlie Manx's daughter lives in Christmasland, as her character unraveled, so did the characteristics of her father's Inscape. The beginning of the season saw Millie long for her father's attention as he chased Wayne and Vic McQueen. As it progressed we saw Millie's mother Casey Manx tell her daughter the truth about her murderous father.

Millie was able to perceive the real world and was desperate to get out, but the finale sees Millie miss her father, who has (for now) been killed by Vic McQueen. Telling Wayne, a Charlie Manx survivor that she was going to rebuild her father's Inscape, we have to wonder if Wayne will take up her offer of helping her re-create her father's madness. It's so interesting that one character is able to be a potential for new plotlines in the coming (we hope) season.

The finale saw Millie living in the forest, missing the only world she had known and grown into as she hunts for blood by killing animals and humans as well. Many are wondering with her determination to bring back the land where she had control over dead kids and all the candy she could eat, will she become Mother Christmas?

"Break it, Millie!!! Break it, or else... uh oh. Maybe this is the birth of mother Christmas we’re seeing.... #Season3 #NOS4A2 #MillieManx," tweeted one fan asking Millie to break the ornament that held her soul. Millie is the only kid from Christmasland that has yet to have her ornament broke, meaning her mannerism, behavior and physical appearance still match that of a Christmasland kid. Another fan tweeted, "Something tells me Milly will become mother Christmas #NOS4A2."

Many fans are asking the network to renew the hit series for a third season, some just for the sake of Millie. "It looks like Millie is gonna pick up where her father left off. More reason why we NEED a season 3! #NOS4A2S3 #Nos4a2," wrote one fan. "Millie is going to be more gruesome than her father and I don’t feel sympathy for her “loss” of Charlie #NOS4A2," tweeted another fan.

For some fans, it seems as though Millie's plotline is what made this season great. "Millie is a huntress and turning into a femme Nikita of vampires. Well, she is officially a homeless vampire so she’s gotta eat. Great season finale guys! #NOS4A2," said another fan.
