Netflix is adding another International release to their horror genre with the Polish drama titled 'Nobody Sleeps in the Woods Tonight' - originally it's titled ''W lesie dzis nie zasnie nikt'. Just in time for Halloween, it follows a group of teenagers that encounter a sinister presence in the forest they choose to camp in. Here is all you need to know about the release which has been dubbed as a 'slasher film'.

Cast

Julia Wieniawa-Narkiewicz as Zosia Wolska

Wieniawa-Narkiewicz is known for her roles as Sandra 'Futro' in 'Kobiety Mafii' (2018), and FitAneta in 'The Hater' (2020). Her recent works include 'The Pleasure Principle' (2019), 'How to Marry A Millionaire' (2019), 'Rodzinka.pl' (2013-2020) and 'Zawsze warto' (2019-2020). She has a release titled 'The Peasants' that is listed as filming. In 2019, the actress was nominated for a Kid's Choice Award for Favorite Polish Star.

Michał Lupa as Julek

Lupa is known for his roles as Dziku in 'Panic Attack' (2017) and Maks in 'Czarny myln' (2020). His other works include 'Television Theater' (2017), and 'Skóra' (2019).

Wiktoria Gąsiewska as Aniela Turek

Gasiewska is known for her roles as Weronika 'Nika' in 'Katyn' (2007), Justyna in 'Bedzie dobrze, kochanie' (2020) and Gienia in 'Jasminum' (2006). Her other works include 'Futro z misia' (2019), 'Rodzinka.pl' (2013-2020), 'Bedzie dobrze, kochanie' (2020), 'Pierwsza milosc' (2019-2020) and 'Barwy szczescia' (2016-2020). She has a release titled 'Krime Story' (2020) in post production and another released titled 'Kowalscy kontra Kowalscy' in filming.

The rest of the cast includes Stanislaw Cywka as Bartek, Sebastian Dela as Daniel Czajka, Gabriela Muskala as Iza, Michal Zbroja, Miroslaw Zbrojewicz as Postman - Tarman, Piotr Cyrwus as a priest, Olaf Lubaszenko as a policeman, Wojciech Mecwaldowski as a camp manager, Bartlomiej Kotschedoff as a keeper at the camp and many more.

Creators

The film is directed by Bartosz M Kowalski with Jan Kwiecinski and Mirella Zaradkiewicz serving as writers. Malgorzata Fogel-Gabrys serves as executive producer, Kwiecinski serves as producer, Zenon Maslona serves as co-prodcuer and Mirella Zaradkiewicz serves as creative producer.
