LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'Doctor Cha' is nothing like your usual K-dramas, it breaks the glass ceiling and has the best storyline, plot, and characters and doesn't feel rushed or urgent, but is delivering non-stop fun at its own pace. Episode 4 was all about the twists, turns, jealousy, side eyes and lying.

The cast of 'Doctor Cha' includes, Uhm Jung-hwa, Min Woo Hyuk, Kim Byung-chul and Myung Se-bin in the lead. 'Doctor Cha' is directed by Kim Dae-Jin and written by Jung Yeo-Rang. Episode 4 runs for 64 minutes. This show is about Jung-sook, who makes a lifestyle choice and chooses to go back to her roots of becoming a doctor.

What's more in store for In-ho and Jung-sook?

Everything is happening simultaneously in the 'Doctor Cha' universe, and while it is quite difficult to catch on with everyone, just know that everything will fall into place. The part to be highlighted is that 'Doctor Cha' has its own dull moments, which makes the show even more authentic and doesn't come under a washy female-led series. While we take it all in, there are many looming questions that pop up every now and then. What is in store for Jung-sook? Will she ever become a great doctor, while she is surrounded by her husband waiting to take her down? What about their marriage? The story has just started and while it might take some time for the plot to thicken and reveal its layers, there is still hope for Jung-sook and Roy Kim and their palpable chemistry.

Jung-sook's highs and lows

While Episode 4 was a total filler for Episode 3, it ended on a good note. The plot is leading the audience to a delectable revelation, where Jung-sook finds out about her husband's infidelity. Jung-sook has lots of growing up to do, and while she goes through her highs and lows and settles into her new life, we see other characters live their life and have their own main character moments. Something that needs to be talked about, is the fact that every character in 'Doctor Cha' is living their own life and isn't written in a way that connects them to the story's protagonist, Jung-sook. In all the episodes, they get space to grow and tell their own arc individually.

'Doctor Cha' is available exclusively to watch on Netflix.
