Netflix's 'Russian Doll' Season 2: 5 things you didn't know about Greta Lee
There are very few shows that are as mindboggling as 'Russian Doll'. The Netflix comedy series premiered in February 2019, garnering widespread critical acclaim. With Natasha Lyonne playing the lead, 'Russian Doll' Season 1 followed a video game developer's mysterious experiences as she's stuck in an ongoing time loop. How she solved it and the fun-filled mania it took for her to put an end to the loop formed the series.
The acclaimed show is back for a second season and here's a closer look at some of the cast members. But before we get there here's what we know about it. The official synopsis of 'Russian Doll' Season 2 reads, "Set four years after Nadia (Natasha Lyonne) and Alan (Charlie Barnett) escaped mortality’s time loop together, season two of Russian Doll will continue to explore existential thematics through an often humorous and sci-fi lens. Discovering a fate even worse than endless death, this season finds Nadia and Alan delving deeper into their pasts through an unexpected time portal located in one of Manhattan’s most notorious locations. At first, they experience this as an ever-expanding, era-spanning, intergenerational adventure but they soon discover this extraordinary event might be more than they bargained for and, together, must search for a way out."
