Madison Smith, Emma Mather and Diego Pasillas aka MDC 3 managed to leave judges and fans awestruck with their beautiful performance during the 'World of Dance' duels round. The trio started off on a very strong note, by picking up from right where they left off from their qualifiers performance.

MDC 3 performed their own, unique version of a messy love triangle, during the qualifiers round, which earned them a unanimous yes from the judges. So, for their duels performance, the group continued with their narration of a love triangle through their dance routine. It was a beautiful and exquisite performance that earned them a standing ovation from all the judges- Derek Hough, Ne-Yo, Jennifer Lopez and even guest judge Twitch.

The judges couldn't stop praising the dancers for how gracefully they narrated a story with their bodies. MDC 3 was pitted against Japanese contemporary group Chibi Unity. Chibi Unity's performance too was very well received and appreciated by the judges, so the competition was fierce.

Finally, it was time for the judges to reveal the winner of the dance battle. Ne-Yo surprised everybody by picking Chibi Unity, while Derek and JLo chose MDC 3, for their 'world-class storytelling'. Fans were happy with the judges' decision as they too were rooting for MDC 3. A fan tweeted, "MDC3 definitely won this duel hands down #WorldofDance." Another fan wrote, "Straight murdered it! I love MDC3. I jumped up out my seat clapping like I'm a judge. #WorldofDance ."

"I would be so mad if I had to go up against MDC3. They killed it with the dancing, lifts & storytelling  #WorldofDance," expressed a fan. "Very cool how MDC 3 started their routine from the position the previous one ended #WorldOfDance," shared a fan.

The judges reassured Chibi Unity to not to lose hope and encouraged them to continue practising as they could earn a spot in the redemption round. 'World of Dance' features some of the best dancers from across the world competing for the title of the best dancer in the world and a million dollars.

'World of Dance' Season 4 airs every Tuesday at 10/9c only on ABC.
