MTV TV & Movie Awards Full Winners List: Pedro Pascal rules the night, Tom Cruise and Selena Gomez win big
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: MTV Awards, which raised many eyebrows, for being a host-less event amidst the Writers’ Guild’s ongoing strike and Drew Barrymore withdrawing from hosting, has now come to an end with the winners taking the golden popcorn trophy home. In an online live event that gave many fans the pandemic vibe, new winners were announced. While fans rejoiced in some of the wins, netizens were left furious at some of the epic snubs.
Various iconic moments were also created as the ‘Top Gun: Maverick’ star, Tom Cruise was seen delivering his ‘Best Performance’ winning speech while flying a fighter plane and Ghostface from ‘Scream VI’ was seen accepting the ‘Best Fight’ award while making subtle puns on his adversary Gale Weathers (played by Courtney Cox).
