This has been one of the most-anticipated moments of ‘Yellowjackets’ so far, and the previous episode, aka Season 2 Episode 6 did justice to it, which is what the fans needed. Although everyone guessed, there was a sliver of hope in regards to Shauna’s baby, but that has officially been crushed. ‘Yellowjackets’ Season 2 Episode 6 revealed that Shauna’s baby did not survive, and the entire process was gut-wrenching. Although on most days ‘Yellowjackets’ favor gruesomeness over heartbreak, Shauna’s labor was the latter, and rightfully so.
There were several reasons why Shauna’s baby didn’t make it. From the placenta abruption to no one knowing what they were doing, and of course, the immense stress that Shauna was under. Nevertheless, this gut-wrenching episode has set up the future of ‘Yellowjackets’ Season 2, and Episode 7 will deal with the aftermath of it all.

'MTV Movie & TV Awards' 2023 might not be on everyone’s radar this year, but they have done a great job targeting certain audiences, and that includes the fans of ‘Yellowjackets.’ That’s a lot of people! As mentioned above, ‘Yellowjackets’ Season 2 Episode 7 will deal with the aftermath of Shauna losing her baby, and that’s exactly what the sneak peek shows. Shauna has a rage-filled breakdown as she lashes out at Misty, fists first! The upcoming episode is titled ‘Burial’ so if you thought the emotional part was over, think again!

The scenes of the past will primarily deal with the trauma, loss, tragedy, and mourning the Shauna’s stillborn, meanwhile, in the present day the gang is back together. ‘Yellowjackets’ Season 2 will be concluding in a few episodes, so there are still plenty of loose ends that need to be tied up. Although for now, the focus remains on Shauna dealing with the loss of her child, and 'MTV Movie & TV Awards' 2023’s sneak peek has proved that!
