Momoland 'Yummy Yummy Love': Release date, music video and about Natti Natasha collab
Fans can rejoice because we are finally getting new music from Momoland. The popular girl group, known for their viral hits like ‘Thumbs Up’ and ‘Bboom Bboom’ is set to collaborate with Dominican singer Natti Natasha on ‘Yummy Yummy Love’. The girl group’s last Korean comeback was in November 2020 with their third single album ‘Ready Or Not’. Featuring iconic singer PSY as co-writer, the dance-pop song was a commercial success as it entered charts like Gaon, iTunes, Bugs and MelOn.
In 2021, Momoland pleasantly surprised everyone when their cover of Chromance’s ‘Wrap Me In Plastic’ went viral on social media. Known for putting out one viral song every year, fans were wondering what the new year would bring for the K-pop group. At the end of 2021, Momoland teamed up with the merch brand, REPRESENT for their first clothing line which was a hit among fans. Following that, they entered 2022 with the announcement that they would be finally releasing new music after more than a year by joining forces with Natti Natasha for ‘Yummy Yummy Love’.

Concept
Momoland teased the collab by dropping three sets of concept photos. We got individual teasers of all of the girls including Natti Natasha as they sport punk and chic athleisure outfits in a retro-themed arcade.
Music video teaser
Momoland also dropped visual teasers of all of the members as we get snippets of them dancing in the same retro arcade while a funky dance-pop song plays in the back. Fans also realized the reason behind Momoland being in the US in the second half of 2021 was to meet up with Natti Natasha. Instead of the usual CGI or clever editing involved in virtual collabs, the pop star and Momoland met up to film the music video as seen from the teasers. The music video teaser starts off with Nancy followed by the members and Natti dancing to the instrumentals in a neon-lit club.
