Air time

'Million Dollar Listing New York' Season 9 will premiere on May 6, Thursday at 9/8c on Bravo. For more information, check your local listings.

How to live stream

'MDLNY' Season 1 through 8 is available for streaming here.

Plot

What's different this season? Everything. The fact that the agents have decided to take on such a massive challenge by agreeing to deal with listings and hopeful real estate clients is something that makes the premise unique. "At the epicenter of the COVID-19 crisis and facing looming uncertainties, the city is completely flipped upside down. The agents must work together to strategize their listings as city dwellers flee to more scenic locations and listing prices dramatically drop," the press release read. It also mentioned that the iconic New York landmark Ansonia building was one of the properties that were listed.

Cast

Returning agents Ryan Serhant, Fredrik Eklund, Steve Gold, and Tyler Whitman will do their magic, alongside newcomer Kirsten Jordan, a top-selling agent and a mother-of-three. From what Bravo has announced, Ryan's focus will not just be the listings but he'll also have to juggle home life and spend time with wife and daughter, Zena. Fredrik too has to keep up with his listings despite the pressures of living a bicoastal life.

Steve, on the other hand, will invest his energies towards renovating the penthouse for his family of three, including girlfriend and daughter. Meanwhile, Tyler will push himself with a single-minded focus and some help from Ryan. His only goal is to get better at his job. Kristen's powerful portfolio of over half a billion dollars in luxury properties will put her on top of the list of agents if not in the lead. She's more than ready to make her mark. Her advantage? The Italian clientele of New York City.
