'Million Dollar Listing': Fredrik says he needs to be 'aggressive' in LA, disappointed fans find him 'petty'

'Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles' is gearing up for some stiff competition. Fredrik Eklund is back on the show and from the looks of it, not going anywhere soon. He has moved base to LA with the aim of expanding his business in the area. But will that be a problem for the LA agents? They have worked their way up, built a solid clientele over the years but things may change with Fredrik in the picture.

This week, he did give David Parnes and James Harris grief about working with Zach Vella, who has given Fredrik business for years. Zach and Fredrik have a solid working relationship and the former found weird that he wasn't aware of the listing David and James were managing. And that hit him hard. However, as a reaction to it, Fredrik announced that he will more aggressive about listings. "I think I need to be aggressive. There are a lot of houses and developments in LA that I should be working on," he added.

But it wasn't that easy as he made it seem on the show. In June, around the time he shifted base to LA, he wrote on Instagram it was difficult at the start because he felt like a "Swedish fish out of water," but it felt good to start over. "I ruffled some feathers as you’ll see on MDLLA this season but I’ve also made a lot of friends and feel just at home in LA as I do in New York professionally today," he added in his post.

However, fans are not here for it. They find him "annoying" and want to keep him out of the LA series. "Was disappointed he merged into the MDLLA show. I think he's incredibly pretentious and super rude. He doesn't fit in with all of them as, the group we have now may argue but they always come back around and are sometimes shockingly supportive of one another," a fan commented on the show's Facebook handle.

"Please don’t make Fredrik a cast member next season. I stopped watching MDLNY Bc he was so annoying #MDLLA #MillionDollarListing #LA #bravotv," a user tweeted.

"#MDLLA@andy Is #Fredrik being petty??" another asked.

"Fredrik was brought in to stir the pot. #MDLLA," a fan expressed.

"You should just love tap Fredrik in the eye @JamesBondSt #MDLLA," another wrote.
