'Million Dollar Listing': Josh tries selling a 'private island' while Tracy's got her hands on a 'store'

Josh and Tracy have massive properties this week but only time will tell if both of them can sell them

On the surface, the realtors on 'Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles' seem cordial and charting their own paths when it comes to the listings, but somewhere there exists fierce competition, which is not odd.

In tonight's episode of the Bravo show, we see Josh Altman showing a massive six-bedroom mansion that has a walk-in closet with a balcony, which is quite an exquisite selling point of the house. Apart from a 2,000 sq ft master suite, the property also features three kitchens — a regular one (which boasts of a massive island), a butler's kitchen and an outdoor one. "I tell people, you can own your own island," Josh said as one of the potential buyers laughed and nodded in agreement. Another aspect of the house that is likely to draw buyers is the pocket doors that open to a pool area with an unobstructed view of the valley.

Interestingly, he is not the only one who has been selling massive properties. Tracy Tutor recently convinced developer Scott Gillen that she and her team were the best people at work and would do all it takes to sell his $75M mansion — the 'New Castle'. Tracy worked nights to put together a presentation pitch that left Scott impressed. She even devised a unique and interesting marketing strategy for his property.

In this week's episode of 'Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles', we see Tracy shocked at how gigantic her new client's house is. It has a double-entry bathroom but what caught her attention the most was the boutique-style walk-in closet that was more like a store. She was stunned at the number of shoes that were on display at the closet, and said: "This is a moment for me." Tracy further commented during her confessional, "This closet is quintessential, feminine, perfection."

Josh and Tracy are showing big properties this week but will they find buyers for it? Only time will tell. For the moment, let's hope they do.
