However, the fans were eagerly waiting to know who’ll be playing the roles of the legendary band members and the iconic manager. The best thing about the casting is that actors playing the iconic personalities are actually newcomers. So, let’s take a look at the cast of the upcoming Beatles biopic ‘Midas Man’.

A still from 'Midas Man' (James Loxley)

Jonah Lees as John Lennon

The young actor from the United Kingdom will be portraying the character of John Lennon, the iconic singer-turned-songwriter. Jonah made his debut in 2006 with the TV series ‘Holby City’. He received his first major acting role in 2007 when he was cast as Bluz on the TV show ‘Happy Monster Band’. From 2007 to 2015, Jonah acted in various projects and had supporting roles in all these projects. His moment of glory came in 2020 when he played the role of Jussipo in ‘The Letter for the King’.

‘Midas Man’ will be Jonah’s biggest feature film at the moment of his career.

Blake Richardson as Paul McCartney

One of the newest names to become a part of the entertainment industry, Blake Richardson began his acting career with a short film titled ‘Star Child’ and went on to make his feature film debut with ‘Eleven Days’. The upcoming movie ‘Midas Man’ will be his second feature film and playing the role of such an iconic personality can lay a solid foundation for Richardson to kickstart his career in Hollywood.

McCartney was the blue-eyed boy of the group and women used to love him the lost because of his looks. So, it’ll be interesting to see if Richardson can imitate that level of charisma in his performance or not.

Leo Harvey-Elledge as George Harrison

Even though ‘Midas Man’ will be Leo’s second project as an actor, he knows a thing or two about playing an iconic musician in a movie. The young actor was seen in this year’s ‘Creation Stories’ in which he played the role of legendary British singer Liam Gallagher. ‘Midas Man’ is undoubtedly the biggest breakthrough for his career.

Harrison was known for playing guitar for The Beatles and was one of the four members of the band. He was also a singer and a songwriter who wrote several iconic songs for the group.

Campbell Wallace as Ringo Starr

Campbell Wallace is making his acting debut with ‘Midas Man’. There is not a lot of information about the young actor and it will be interesting to see how the young man plays the role of such an iconic personality.

Starr is one of the greatest drummers of all time and was cited as the wealthiest drummer in the world, with a net worth of $350 million, in 2020.

Jacob Fortune-Lloyd as Brian Epstein

Born on January 19, 1988, Jacob went on to train at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and graduated in 2014. As a student, he performed in various plays such as ‘Agamemnon’, ‘The Man of Mode’, and ‘Guys & Dolls’. The actor also died a lot of plays with the Royal Shakespeare Company and made a name for himself. He made his Television debut in the BAFTA-winning series ‘Wolf Hall’ and went to do his first feature film ‘Crooked House’ in 2016.

In 2020, he also starred as Townes in the Netflix limited series ‘The Queen’s Gambit’.

Emily Watson as Malka Epstein

Watson began her acting career on stage and has worked in several acclaimed theatre productions like 'The Children's Hour' (at the Royal National Theatre), 'Three Sisters', 'Much Ado About Nothing', and 'The Lady from the Sea'. The actress is best known for her work in the terrifying HBO miniseries 'Chernobyl', a role for which she was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award.
