'The Falcon and the Winter Soldier' HD poster gives a better look at Bucky Barnes' upgraded metal arm and costume
Marvel released an HD poster of 'The Falcon and the Winter Soldier ' giving a much better look at the costumes of Anthony Mackie's Falcon and Sebastian Stan's Bucky Barnes. Following the events of 'Avengers: Endgame', the duo team up after Steve Rogers/Captain America (Chris Evans) passes on the shield to Sam Wilson (Mackie). With the series set to debut in Fall 2020, Marvel has slowly begun dishing out new information about the series and this poster is all about the slick costumes the superheroes don.
While the Falcon's costume was doing the rounds last year, much of Bucky's details, including that of his outfit was kept under wraps until the first look. In the image, Bucky is seen wearing a jacket that's a shade darker than midnight blue with a mix of black lines running along the chest and the shoulders. The metal arm is exposed just like it was in his first appearance in 'Captain America: The Winter Soldier' and the black arm with gold lines looks like it's an upgrade, although it looks pretty similar to the new arm T'Challa/Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman) provides in 'Avengers: Infinity War' while they prepare for the battle against Thanos' forces in Wakanda.
The Bucky the world saw in 'The Winter Soldier' was dressed in all-black attire and followed it up with a blue jacket in 'Infinity War'. This time around, the colors are darker, presumably made to complement the tone of the episodes. Adding to the fact, he's clean-shaven and sports short-cropped hair. According to Screenrant, 'The Falcon and the Winter Soldier' set photos sees Stan's Bucky Barnes wearing a maroon jacket with a black harness. While there is no official footage yet showcasing that costume, it's only a matter of time before Marvel decides to treat fans to more material.
'The Falcon and the Winter Soldier' will arrive in Fall 2020.
