'MasterChef' season 10 finale preview: Sarah, Nick and Dorian to compete for trophy and $250,000 grand prize
Season 10 of Fox’s popular culinary reality show ‘MasterChef’ has been touted as the biggest and toughest season ever. Season 10 saw some of the strongest contenders competing for the coveted trophy, the grand prize of $250,000, and a once-in-lifetime opportunity of being trained at the restaurants owned by three of the finest chefs who also happen to be the judges of the show- Gordon Ramsay, Joe Bastianich, and Aarón Sánchez.
The finale episode also marks the 200th episode of the show. In the finale, we will see the three talented home cooks- Dorian Hunter, Sarah Faherty, and Nick DiGiovanni back home in the MasterChef kitchen following their epic trip to London. The kitchen has been converted into a ring-like arena with some bright lights. The judges ask the participants to prepare an epic three-course meal for them, which will seal the fate of the top three contestants, who managed to make their way to the top.
The three home cooks are cheered on by the winners from earlier seasons, their fellow participants from the current season and finally their beloved family members. In the sneak-peek video of the finale which has been released, we see the cooks cooking up a storm. Halfway through the challenge, the judges decide to amp up the stakes and throw a challenge that might derail them. Although we do not know the details of the twist thrown by the judges, it sounds extremely challenging, sensing from the reactions from the participants who have come to cheer them.
