Who are Bill Hutchinson and Brianna Ramirez? Meet the 'Marrying Millions' couple with a 40-year age difference
'Marrying Millions' spins around couples from vastly different socio-economic backgrounds. While that alone makes it interesting, Bill Hutchinson and Brianna Ramirez added more spice to the mix with their 40-year age gap. They met at a restaurant where she was the hostess. Their storyline has by far been the most interesting and naturally, drama-serving. But that could also be the edit because off-camera they seem to be doing well and are very much together and in love.
Talking to FOX last August, the couple shared a few rules of communication they follow to achieve balance in their relationship. They are not oblivious to the fact that they have a huge age difference and that knowledge helps them interact better.
"So if there’s ever a teaching moment, it’s easier for me to sit back and take that lesson because I know he’s not saying anything to me out of spite," Brianna shared as she spoke of how they handle arguments, while Bill said he tries not to be overprotective or act as a "fatherly figure" to her.
The understanding is on-point here. Even then, the couple has seen some rough patches in the nearly two years that they have dated. Age gap aside, the families have not got along well. In the first half of Season 2, we saw Bill entertaining Brianna's mother, albeit hesitantly, which struck everyone as odd.
He has his own way of going about life and enjoys his peace and quiet when not closing business deals. Unfortunately, for Brianna that didn't work when it clashed with what her mother wanted — guests and parties. And so, one night, Brianna and her folks decided to throw a house party without discussing it with Bill. It was followed by quite an argument.
But that was not the end of their sorrows. Brianna, naturally, wanted some confirmation. She loves Bill and wishes to take their relationship to the next level. But those dreams were temporarily put on hold after his ex-wife Kathleen Hutchinson had him believe that it wasn't the best idea.
He has six kids and a massive real estate empire that needs his attention. To compromise all of that by committing to something as serious as marriage will have its repercussions. However, Bill does seem to have a good head on his shoulders and will be able to power through the challenges he and Brianna are met with.
