The second episode of 'Manifest' Season 2 ended with a mysterious cliffhanger. In the last scene, Zeke Landon had a "calling" that featured Michaela Stone and Cal Stone. But it was quite unclear where he was during that time. In a new promo for Episode 3, it seems like he has been taken somewhere else.

In a series of dramatic scenes, Michaela frantically tries to reach out to Zeke, only to realize that someone has already taken him away. There are heavy speculations that the Major is involved and might be trying to get some information. Another major question is: Can Michaela see things from the future and will she lose Zeke forever?

In Episode 1, Cal told Zeke that he doesn't have much time left. Zeke’s death date is coming up fast and something needs to be done before he loses his life altogether. What if this study on him speeds up his death? If the Stone family aren't able to figure out a way to get rid of the threat of death date, Zeke will lose his life.

Fans are concerned about Zeke's future and one of them speculated, "I'm probably wrong, but is it possible that Zeke built a machine to go back in time to save his sister and something went wrong and 828 was flying over the cave at the moment and boom instead went into the future #Manifest."

Another one posted, "I don't think Zeke is in a normal prison anymore but some government facility."

Titled 'False Horizon', the summary of the third episode reads, "The Stone Family struggles to unlock their mysterious wave of frightening 828 callings, while the person who may be key to solving them is trapped behind bars. Meanwhile, a shocking and disturbing incident leads Grace to suspect a local mom is in danger."

Guest-starring Susan Pourfar, Erika Chase and Ed Herbstman, the third episode of the second season of ‘Manifest’ will premiere on January 20, 2020, at 10/9c on NBC.
