What's renovation without some challenge? And we are glad British-Canadian designer Hilary Farr knows how to ace one. Fussy, picky owners hoping to make castles out of tiny spaces is not up everyone's alley. But Farr has delivered time and again.

In the latest episode of HGTV's 'Love It Or List It' the talented designer was thrown with a stiff challenge — she had to make do with limited money, space and to make matters worse, a super particular owner.

The family — Nanika, her sons, Isaiah and Nigel — wanted an ironing room. Yes, you read it right. An ironing room to be used only for ironing clothes. Also, the mother didn't want to part ways with her pantry because she needs her storage. A fourth bedroom when there's literally no room to adjust. Doesn't sound like too much work right? But it was. Especially, with every nook and cranny of the house coming off.

When we were first introduced to the house, we saw how congested and crammed the house appeared and clearly had weathered with time. Though it was in livable condition, the vibes weren't very positive and anyone would love to have it renovated.

Hilary did her magic and in a matter of days, the old house was all revamped and ready for the market. In the big reveal, she gave a tour of the house pointing out the changes she brought in — an airy and bright hang-out space right next to the kitchen, a spruced-up laundry storage area, complete with an ironing board, a new and fresh bathroom, and the family is loving it, so are the viewers — they were all praises about how she transformed the house completely, making it look like a brand new property.

Here's what they said:

''That is quite the transformation, @Hilary_Farr!  #LoveItOrListIt #OnHGTV''

''#LoveItOrListIt just let Hilary do her job, if ur so sure ur gonna list it let her work her magic!''

''This episode is full of challenges! Hilary will find a way. She always does! #LoveItOrListIt #OnHGTV''

But, after all the sighs and awws they let out, the family decided to list it because they were really looking at a 'lady cave', the fourth bedroom so that Nanika wouldn't have to share her space with Nigel any longer. Unfortunately, Hilary couldn't give them that, which eventually led them to opt for a new house.
