Viewers have been vocal about their skepticism towards Aaron's loyalty to Kaylor, especially during the Casa Amor stint. Many fans pointed out that Aaron's actions during this period didn't reflect a strong commitment to Kaylor, casting doubt on the authenticity of their relationship.

Despite these concerns, the show and the fellow islanders have continued to portray Kaylor and Aaron as a compatible couple, leading to their repeated rescues from elimination.
