Steph and Megan sparked romance after the bombshell kissed the blindfolded islander. However, they later went on a date to know more about each other.

During Episode 3 of 'Love Island Games', Steph confessed that he has sexual feelings for Megan and is physically attracted to her. However, the viewers called him out over his intimate feelings despite the fact that Steph had known Megan for just the last few hours.

Steph Blackos was on 'Love Island French' Season 2, However, after he failed to find a love in the Peacock show, Steph joined The 'Love Island Games' Season 1 to give a second shot at love.

He has explored his connection with Jessica Losurdo but unfortunately, they split. Now Steph has been enjoying his newfound connetion with Megan Barton-Hanson.
